What are the hours of operation?
Just Stickit Signs hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., excluding major holidays. All orders must be submitted in by 4:00 p.m. that business day to be classified in the next two (2) business day commitment. Installation and removal orders are completed Monday through Friday. Special request will require an additional charge and will be considered on a case by case basis. top
What if I need a sign installed outside of your service area?
Just Stickit Signs will review location of installation and determine if there will be an additional charge. Installation outside of our Service Area will not be subject to the two (2) business day commitment. Installation will be done based on availability at the time of request or within that business week. top
I just started a new service with Just Stickit Signs. How do I get my signs to you?
Just contact us by email or by phone. We will be happy to make arrangements to pick them up when we are in your area. top
What if I want more than one signpost or other signage for my listing?
You can order as many signposts as you would like, but before doing so please check to see if the county, city or Home Owners Association (HOA) has any rules against placing additional signage in the extra location that you desire. It is your responsibility as the broker to verify that the signage provided by you and the location of the signage designated by you are incompliance with all regulation code requirements. If you are ordering more than one signpost for a listing, you need to place a separate order for each installation. Please be very specific as to where you would like each signpost placed. To ensure the best possible customer service we strongly suggest that brokers flag the specific area for each signpost. top
What is HOA?
Whether they are called the HOA or the Association of Home Owners, these groups govern many communities and complexes and have specific rules about realtor rights. Please check with these groups before ordering. top
What about For Sale by Owner Services (FSBO) or private rentals?
Just Stickit Signs will provide FSBO and private rental sign services. Our rates are a one-time charge per property, not a monthly rental fee. This is for maximum six (6) month duration and then there will be a renewal fee of $25.00 for an additional three (3) month lease of equipment. Payments for "FSBO" and private rentals are required prior to installation of your order and are subject to the same agreements listed for brokers regarding lost, stolen or damaged property. top
What if Just Stickit Signs material is missing, vandalized or broken?
There will be a charge for missing or damaged materials. Just Stickit Signs will make every effort to recover and /or salvage materials. We will contact the broker to discuss options before billing will take place. Please contact Just Stickit Signs regarding lost, stolen, damaged material or property.
When a signpost or flyer box belonging to Just Stickit Signs becomes damaged or lost (due to an agent failing to request a pick-up after a sale or rental), a fee will be attached to the next months invoice. Detailed information concerning that fee will be available at any time by calling or sending us an email. top
What if my listing is a LOT or just LAND?
Not a problem. Just Stickit Signs will install a signpost or other form of signage for empty spaces of land. All we ask is for you to mark or flag exactly where you would like the signage to be placed. Also a faxed drawing of where to look for the flag is very helpful. top
What kind of riders (smaller additional signs) does Just Stickit Signs provide?
Just Stickit Signs has the ability to provide a variety of different riders to the broker. Riders are a great way to advertise the special features of a listing. The riders can be placed in a slot on the crossbar of the signpost, or they can be hung from the broker sign. Depending on the rider will determine the additional cost. Installation of riders requires the approval of the Principal/Managing Broker. top
What are Just Stickit Signs Order Cancellation and Refund Policy?
All notifications for cancellation of orders scheduled to be installed will be fully credited back to your account if received before signpost has been installed. Any notification for order cancellation after the signpost has been installed will not be credited back to your account. Order cancellations received while driver is in route or at the listing will be charged 50% of original order fee. top
What is the requirement for notification of removal of the signpost?
Just Stickit Signs must be notified within twenty-four (24) hours of the recording of the sale transaction to initiate the order pickup. When a pickup request is made we recommend that the broker notify the homeowner/renter so the signpost will be accessible for us to pick up. If we are unable to find the signpost at the property, the broker will be notified and if we have to schedule a second trip to recover a signpost, the agent will be charged a trip fee of $25.00 for the second trip. If a broker is negligent in notifying us for a pick up, or if we are unable to locate the signpost the broker may be charged for the replacement of the signpost and whatever else is missing.
Any broker who moves a signpost from an old listing to a new listing will either be charged regular price for that listing or we will remove the signpost.
In the event of a major storm, Just Stickit Signs will make every effort to check your signposts. We ask that you contact your client to verify that your signpost order is in good standing or intact. If there is an issue, please contact us and we will schedule it to be taken care at our earliest opportunity. top
