Service Information:

Just Stickit provides installation and removal of Yard Arm Signposts and signpost accessories for Property Management, Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Ask us for a proposal on any other service(s) you might have (for example, ensuring that all flyer boxes are kept full, delivery services, commercial signage, etc.).

Service Region:

Our rates apply to the Northern Oregon and Southern Washington Coastal Region. Currently installation or removal of Yard Sign Post for the State of Washington is provided weekly until June 1, 2008.

Services:

• Email confirmation with a digital photo showing you the location of the sign, completion, date and time.
• We offer courteous and prompt customer services featuring three (3) easy ways to place your order: phone, fax or online submission on our website.
• Guaranteed installation and removal of Yard Arm Signposts including signage accessories for residential, commercial real estate and rental properties within two (2) business days when order is received by 4:00 PM Monday – Friday excluding weekends and major holidays. Depending on delivery location, there may be an exception to the two (2) business day installation guarantee.
• Free sign storage to expedite your installation and protect your investment.
• Major Credit/Debit cards accepted.
• Accessories include brochure/flyer boxes and a variety of riders (Lots, Land, For Rent, View, For Lease, etc.)

Sign Storage:

Just Stickit provides a FREE sign storage program. Having Just Stickit store your signs will expedite your installation, protect your investment and provide more immediate exposure for your client and potential buyer. All signs are clearly labeled and stored together at our facility. In addition, we will do our best to keep your signs clean and maintained to ensure that they have the best professional look possible. Normal wear and tear of sign panels is the responsibility of the broker.  We will notify the broker of this condition for replacement sign panels. All signs are, and remain your property.

All signs in the possession of Just Stickit are the responsibility of Just Stickit. If any broker owned signs are stolen or damaged while in our facility they will be replaced at our expense. Once a sign has been installed at a property, Just Stickit assumes no liability or responsibility.

In the event you have placed an order with Just Stickit for a Yard Arm Signpost and all of your signs stored with us are in use, we will contact you immediately to make arrangements to get additional signs to us.

Signage Not Stored at Just Stickit:

If you choose not to have Just Stickit store your signs, it will be your responsibility to hang your sign on our Yard Arm Signpost once it is installed. You will also need to remove the sign from the Yard Arm Signpost prior to the removal of our post. Installation fees do not change. If you have placed an order for us to remove our Yard Arm Signpost as required in our Terms and Conditions and your signage is still attached, we will store your sign at our facility until we hear otherwise. However signage left in our possession for more than thirty (30) days without any response to our notification from you our client will be disposed of.

Return/Relocation Fee:

We encourage our clients to order everything they will need on the first order to avoid a return trip charge. A return trip charge will be assessed if we must return to an address to change or hang new signs, or relocate the Yard Arm Signpost. A trip charge may be added to your bill for orders we attempted; but could not complete due to a wrong address or other misinformation provided to us.

Base rates for Brokers are:

• Yard Arm Signpost, rates include delivery, installation, and removal with sign provided by the broker, and six (6) month lease of equipment at any one property. This includes a digital photo emailed to you showing you the location of the sign, completion date and time.
• Astoria, Warrenton, Gearhart, Svenson, Knappa and Seaside $35.00
• Cannon Beach, Chinook, Long Beach, Ilwaco, Naselle, and Ocean Park $45.00
• Manzanita $55.00 All others TBD

Billing for brokers:

We offer courteous and prompt customer service featuring three (3) easy ways to place your order: phone, fax, or online submission on our website. Invoices are generated upon the completion of each job and semi-monthly statements are emailed on the 15th and the last day of the month and are due upon receipt. Our policy is for brokers to pay by Credit/Debit card; however payment by check will be accepted for those who pay promptly upon receipt of each statement. We will provide an itemized monthly statement summarizing what has been billed to your Credit/Debit card for the previous month.

Requirements for removal of the Yard Arm Signpost:

Just Stickit must be notified within twenty-four (24) hours of the recording of the sale transaction to initiate the removal order. When a Request For Removal is made, we recommend that the broker notify the homeowner/renter so the Yard Arm Signpost will be accessible for us to pick up. If we are unable to find the Yard Arm Signpost at the property, the broker will be notified. If we have to schedule a second trip to recover a Yard Arm Signpost, the broker will be charged a return trip fee of $25.00. If a broker is negligent in notifying us of a removal, or if we are unable to locate the Yard Arm Signpost, the broker may be charged for the replacement of the Yard Arm Signpost and any other property i.e. flyer/brochure boxes.

Clients who move a Yard Arm Signpost from one property to another assume all responsibility for that Yard Arm Signpost and will be charged regular price for that listing or we will remove the Yard Arm Signpost.
